Certainly, the chairman of the administration or the Council will not be able to answer each letter personally. But this does not mean that such requests will not achieve them.
Each letter will be delivered to the addressee. Each stating will be paid by necessary attention. Each question will get answer - if not personally to the sender, then in the sections "Questions and answers" of the press-services of the administration or the City Council.
