A salon will take place on 27-29 of September 2006 in the Ukrainian cultural-informative center of Sevastopol

In work of Salon next ones plan to participate: domestic inventors, institutes of higher education, research institutes, firms. Foreign participants will be represented by national delegations: International innovative center „Archimedes” (Russian FEDERATION); Scientific and technical association „Теchnopol-Moscow” (Russian FEDERATION); Institute of intellectual property of the Republic Moldova; Romanian society of inventors; Romanian forum of inventors; Hungarian society of inventors; Polish society of inventors and rationalizers; Belgian chamber of inventors; Society of inventors of Bosnia and Gerzegovina; Association of inventors of Croatia; Innovative center „Leaders of technological era» (Iran); and also inventors and firms of Estonia, Spain, Germany, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkey will be represented. The International judge at the head of prof. Perom Fyumerom (Belgium) and the National judge at the head of the representative of Ukraine in International association of ТRIZ-pedagogics Anton Karlov (Ukraine) will estimate quality of developments. In the complement of judge are included the representatives of national delegations of inventors, and also known scientists of Ukraine (Kiev, Kharkov, Sevastopol, Simpferopol). During work of Salon by the results of the work of international judge will be handed: Main Prize, official prizes of Salon; gold, silver and bronze medals; prizes and medals of national organizations of inventors, domestic organizations and firms. Perspective domestic developments will get recommendations to participation in other European salons of innovations and inventions. In addition, the developments of winners of International competition of child's and youth innovations and developments „New Time” will be represented. Important to attract a large potential of children and young people to the questions of innovative activity, to establish between them strong connections on the basis of creation scientific and technical and social. In this sphere the steps are undertaken by separate countries: competitions of young inventors in the USA, Japan, sections of young inventors in the international exhibitions of inventors, conducting in Japan of the world exhibition of young inventors (2004). Competition will be summed up to July, 1 2006 by four age groups: 1) to 12 years; 2) 12-17 years; 3) 17-23 years; 4) 23-30 years. In competition the following directions are designated: 1. A “young inventor” 3. «Social innovative projects». The winners of competition will be marked by Prizes and medals of Salon, awarded by valuable gifts. Results of the work of International Salon of inventions and new technologies „New Time” in 2005
15-17 of September 2005 in Sevastopol took place I Salon of inventions and new technologies «New Time», in which such leading organizations of inventors participated: Romania, Moldova, Russian FEDERATION, Hungary, Germany, Estonia, Azerbaijan, Belgium and Ukraine. There were represented: State Agency of intellectual property of the republic Moldova, Romanian forum of inventors, Society of inventors of Romania, NTA «Tehnopol Moscow», NTTs «Archimedes» (Moscow), Ukrainian institute of scientific, technical and economic information (Kiev), the special prize was represented by S.P.E. Exhibition (Brussels, Belgium). Salon was greeted by the Belgian chamber of inventors, inventors of Bosnia and Gerzegovina. Large informative support to Salon was rendered by magazines the «Inventor and rationalizer» (Kiev) „Calendar of exhibitions and fairs”, „World of technique and technologies” and other editions. Information about Salon can be read on the sites of Spanish society of inventors, NTA „Tehnopol Moscow”, NTTs „Archimedes”, Rospatent, Ukrainian center of innovations and patent-licensed services (Kiev) and other. At the head of International judge was prof. Pjer Fyumer (Belgium) and at the head of the National judge was the representative of Ukraine in International association of ТRIZ-pedagogics - Anton Karlov (Ukraine). More than 130 developments (45% from them – foreign) were appraised on an area 1200 kv. m. 129 medals ( gold, silver, bronze), more than 40 prizes were handed. Amount of visitors - 5123 persons.

Within the framework of Salon will take place: 1) Presentations 2) Fair of developments and new technologies 3) International competition of child's and youth innovatsion and developments «New Time» is announced. INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION of CHILDREN and YOUTH INNOVATION AND DEVELOPMENTS „NEW TIME”
Competition will take place from 1-st of September 2005 to 30 of June 2006 It includes three directions for age groups:
1. Competition the “Young inventor” 3. Competition of social innovative projects
It is necessary to designate at giving of materials: age of participant, educational establishment, which they represent, surname, name, patronymic of parents, home address and index, telephone and code of city, if it exists to specify e-mail. Languages: Ukrainian, Russian, English, French, German. At giving of materials in Ukrainian/Russian a resume in one of the indicated languages is needed (data about a participant, name of development, short description of decision - to 3-4 suggestions). Note:
Within the framework of project additional informative preparation of participants on the questions of TRIZ-pedagogics is planned, pedagogics of creation, the bases of guard and use of intellectual property, copyright and invention activity.

2. COMPETITION OF NEW TECHNOLOGIES
New technology does not have analogues, it is the development of aggregate of effective receptions, and methods of receipt, transformation, development of objects products, facilities, methods and etc useful to the life,.
Purpose of competition: selection of unique new technologies in various directions of science, techniques, introduction of which will help the decision of questions of effective development of humanity, and also help practical advancement of the indicated technologies (examination, legal registration, attracting of investments). Directions: 1. Fundamental and applied science 2. Power and electrical engineering 3. General and engineering mechanics 4. New materials and instruments 5. Transport, motor industry and road safety 6. Devicebuilding and pnevmatics 7. Food industry and agriculture 8. Electronics and robotics 9. Optics and laser technique 10. Social innovative project – plan, idea of organization, grounds of methods of voluntarily social co-operation important for society, and which will assist in effective development of socium and point the real ways of achievement of this plan/idea. Purpose of competition: the selection of the best social innovative projects, assistance in their practical advancement, including attraction of investments, design of copyright for the developers of the most successful projects. Form for registration of project: Part 1. Present analogues or near ideas, results of informative search. Part 2. Description of basic idea and real ways of its realization: short hypothesis, its basis, advantages of the given method of decision of task in comparison to other, concrete technological steps and their sequence, performers of social project, its selfsufficiency, financing, its volume, duration of project. Part 3. Presence of practical steps for approbations of project, documentary confirmation of its realization. Whether a copyright is designed on the given project... rights...
Desirably, that the text of project does not exceed 10-12 pages of text the Word font 12.
Decision about the winners of competition is made by the international judges after the opened discussion of the best developments and projects. The best developments of competition can get the help in pre-patent preparation and registration of copyright. The winners of competition will be invited for participation in the 2th International salon of inventions and new technologies «new Time», which will take place on September, 27-29 2006 in Sevastopol, other international exhibitions of inventions and new technologies. The organizational committee of competition will undertake all charges related to travel, placing, participation in this Salon (Sevastopol) of winners of each of nominations (one representative). The best projects and developments will be published in the catalogue of Salon in a section «International child's and youth competition of innovation and inventions», awarded diplomas and medals of Salon, rewards of other organizations.
