KUDRYASHOV Peter Yakovlevich was born on August 24, 1947 in the Mihelsonovskiy farm, Giachinskiy area, Krasnodarskiy region. After high school graduation he was working at the furniture factory “Druzhba” in Maykop city, Krasnodarskiy region. From 1966 till 1968 was serving in the Soviet Army.

Has a higher education. In 1972 graduated from Sevastopol industry institute by specialty of “Ship power engines ” (machine engineer).

Was working at the industrial factory “Sevmorzavod im. S. Ordzhonikidze” in Sevastopol. Was promoted from a ship rigger to a Party Committee secretary of the enterprise “Persey” of the industrial factory “Sevmorzavod im. S. Ordzhonikidze”.

From 1990 to 1996 was working as the vice-chairman of the executive committee of the Nakhimovskiy regional Chamber of people’s deputies and as the first vice-chairman of the Nakhimovskiy regional state administration of Sevastopol city. In October 1996 was assigned to the position of the chairman of the Nakhimovskiy regional state administration of Sevastopol city.

Since June 2002 has been the first vice-chairman of the Sevastopol city state administration.
