Presently more, than ever, confidence of the society to the authorities depends on the level of their openness towards people. Information, which is addressed by the authorities to the society, must be truthful and well timed. At the same time, for taking the efficient decisions, the authorities must also have an efficient access to the information about the society.

Society and authorities must necessarily interact with each other to achieve the general goals and priorities. Because the wellbeing of each region and the whole country depends on how the authorities, elected by the people, will realize the political and economic aspects of their activity
