Today move then even the trust of society to authorities depends on the degree of its openness to public. The information which is addressed by the authorities to the society must be truthful and timely.

At the same time the authorities must have an effective access to information about society for the effective decision-making.

The society and the authorities must necessarily co-operate with each other for achievement of general aims and priorities. As prosperity of every region and entire country depends, on how the selected authorities will realize the political and economic aspects of the activity.
